Susan Zearfoss is a proven leader in a variety of areas. She has 25+ years of product development and usability experience from IBM / Lexmark. Susan is also passionate about her non-profit work for the Lexington Ballet, where she has held leadership positions since 2011 and has been instrumental in their resurgence in the community. Susan holds a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a MBA earned jointly from University of Kentucky and Universtity of Lousiville.
